Setup guide · Flex Pass

Before you build a Flex Pass package (or season package, depending on what you call it), create each event that will be included in it. Every event needs its performance dates and times, its individual ticket prices, and the package price codes.

Tip: Once you’ve entered the event name and abbreviation, TixPro 8 saves your progress automatically.

Click Events, then Season Packages."Menu

Click + Create New Package."Create

Choose Flex Pass as your package type.
Tip: Not sure which type you need? See Package Types.

Basic Info

Fill in the basic information for your package.

Click Continue.

Details

Add the details for your package.

Click Continue.

Flex Config

Choose how your Flex Pass works for your patrons. Under Basic Configuration:

Total Tickets per Package: How many tickets does each package include?
Allow Later Date Selection: Lets patrons choose their event dates later instead of when they buy.Example: You want to start selling the package before all the event details are ready.
Multiple Performance Selection: Lets patrons use more than one ticket for the same event.Example: A 5-ticket package could be used as 2 tickets for Event A, 1 ticket for Event B, and 2 tickets for Event C.

Click Continue.

Events

Choose which events patrons can pick from with this package.

  1. A
    Click an event.
  2. B
    Click the performance dates you want to include. To include every date, use Select All.
  3. C
    Check that your selections are correct.

Click Continue.

Prices

Set up the price codes for your package.

  1. A
    Click + Add Price.
  2. B
    On the left side, fill in the details, then click + Create Price.
    • Only Code, Ticket Price, and Category Label are required.
    • For Advanced Settings (on/off sale dates, min/max, service charges, and more), scroll down and click the + sign.

Important: Each package price code needs a matching price code in each individual event in the package.
Tip: Once you’ve added a price code, you can edit, clone, or delete it.

Webtix

If you’ll sell this package on Webtix, choose the price codes and payment types patrons can use online.

Click Continue.

Domains

If you use domains, set them up here. If you don’t, just click Continue.

    Click the Select domain… drop-down.
  2. B
    Choose Add a new domain.
  3. C
    Pick your domain settings.

Click Continue.

Discounts

To offer a discount on this package:

  1. A
    Click + Add First Discount.
  2. B
    Fill in the Basic Information on the left side.

Click Continue.
