TixPro8 includes a huge upgrade to customer sales records! A more robust search function, easier processes, additional information, and more. Below are instructions on how to locate a sales record.

### How to Locate a Sales Record

\+ Click **Sales **and then **Sales Records**

You can search for a record multiple ways, using one simple search box!

A) The search box is on the top left of the page and you can enter a sales number, patron name, show, etc.

B) You can also choose to filter by a timeframe, completed sales, season packages, indv events, etc.

Once you find the correct record select it on the right hand side of the screen and you will see the record details populate
