Access TixPro8 Site

Step 1: Set Up Your Users Everyone who uses TixPro 8 needs a username and password. If your users already have passwords, skip to Step 2.

If you need to add users or set up passwords, follow the instructions on the User Management User Management page.

If you use Webtix, getting to your TixPro 8 site is simple. Just add admin2. to the beginning of your Webtix URL.

For example, if you work at Brigadoon Theatre and your Webtix site is brigadoontheatre.csstix.com, your TixPro 8 site is admin2.brigadoontheatre.csstix.com.

If you don't use Webtix, reach out and we'll help you get set up:

Log in with your username and password.
